Task 6

!!!!!!! Let's get healthy !!!!!!


Eating is the most important for everyone’s life. The foods we eat are the source of our energy and nutrition. We know about eating but we little know about “how the foods we eat affect our health.



In ancient times, people eat food from the nature. They plant them by themselves. So it’s not contains dangerous agricultural insecticides in the diet. They eat healthy food that contains good nutrition. So, ancient people live a year longer than the people in recent year.



But the people in nowadays, They live on the other side of the country some in the north, some in the south, and some in the middle. So the nature and the life style are differences. In the middle part, many foods are not good for city people. It has a lot of junk foods such as KFC, donut, and pizza. That make people who live in the city have a bad health . They think they eat good foods that contain a lot of nutrition. The nutrition is in the fresh foods. But hey eat icy- food. The nutrient in the fresh foods will loss in the transportation.



It's different from the rural area, the people plant their vegetables and fruits. It’s good for their life because it’s fresh. So it’s contains a lot of nutrition.

I agree with you that people in earlier time are healthy than people in current because of their life style and soiety. I think nowadays people in society like to imitate other. Although many kind of food are unhealthy food, people like to eat because it’s so popular.

I fully agree with you. That is a good point for us that we are from northest because their is alot of vegatable and good air that do not have in tow. We will back to stay in our hometown and will have a good healthy too.

You are right in your point. We must choose benefit food for our life because it can make us are healthy. Fresh foods are Ok and don't forget exercise too.Because it can make us slimming!!!!
