Task 4 : The Minnesota Starvation Experiment

The researchers from the experiment want to study that how long the people can patient from lacking of food and how it effect the patient behavior and mental in the war that seem to be happen soon. The experiment is divided in 3 stages. First, standardization is a period that the volunteers get enough food. The second it’s called semi-starvation, the volunteers don’t get enough food that make them have problems with mental and behavior. Finally, “rehabilitation” is a period for regaining their health. This period it’s the hardest because the volunteers who get the starvation still depress, dizzy, confused, and hungry.

So we can conclude that the starvation can effect the body and mental.
